  1. We deliver worldwide with Itella Smartpost, Omniva or National Post from our warehouse in Estonia.
  2. All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, subject to payment and availability of stock. A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox upon dispatch of the order to let you know it’s on its way.
  3. If you are a registered customer, you can monitor the processing of your order by going to the menu “My account” and then choosing “My orders” – the status of your order will be “Dispatched”. 
  4. All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia usually arrive within 7-18 calendar days.
  5. If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like your item gift wrapped, please let us know and we’ll be happy to do so and pop a handwritten card in with it. Just let us know!

Mardikas ja Põrnikas OÜ (OliverMartin) will not be held liable for any non-compliance or delay on the grounds of force majeure. Delivery times could be longer if there are delays during times such as Christmas or bad weather or pandemia. If your order is very urgent please email us.



  1. If you are not happy with your items and wish to return them please send them back to our warehouse address within 14 days of reception. 
  2. 14 days are counted from the day of receiving the delivery
  3. You may only return products which are in the same condition as they were when you received these - unworn, unwashed and with all tags on. 
  4. Mardikas ja Põrnikas OÜ (OliverMartin) will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. You are advised to send the package with a dispatch number so that it can be traced. Please note that you are responsible for the returned product(s) until it reaches us.

If you are not happy with your items we are happy to exchange them for a different one. In this case please contact us via e-mail info@olivermartin.com and inform us about the order number, order reference and item(s) that you wish to exchange. All replacement fees shall be borne by OliverMartin online store.  



We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at info@olivermartin.com about the fault. Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items will take place as soon as possible, 5 days period after receiving the returned products. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the original purchaser’s bank account used for the order in question to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
